The house is off of a main road close to downtown Nevada City but in the tallest trees. There is some car noise during rush hour but none of that can be heard from inside of this very well insulated house. No loud parties. We do host dogs and occasionally cats.

This 700 Sq ft home comes fully furnished with two bedrooms and a bonus loft area. There are full-size beds in each bedroom and a full-size bed in the loft. Enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub. *6 guests in winter, 4 recommended for summer due to heat in loft.
