Cozy 2 bedroom apt. in Bessemer, MI. This is the perfect place to stay if you're here to ride your ATV/UTV/Sled, as the trail is in our backyard. We have a lot of parking for trucks & trailers. ~ 5 minute walk to Bessemer's downtown where there are bars/restaurant, DQ, Kwik Trip, and shopping. Iron Belle trail is nearby as well as bluffview park. This Unit is Meticulously Cleaned After Each Guest Apartment is Located above a small business (IronBay Detail & Wash) *Location can be Loud at times

Powderhorn Condo Snowdrift #5

Keep it simple at this peaceful condo conveniently located near Powderhorn ski hill and snowmobile/UTV trails. New air conditioner, ceiling fan and living room Smart TV. Bedroom also has a Smart TV. There is a bonus room, with patio doors, which has a 72” futon. This could be opened for added sleeping. The room also works great for an away from home office. The patio is available but is a work in progress. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer power for vehicles and hybrids at this time.

Many miles of groomed snowmobile and ATV trails which start one block away.., ample trailer parking ..Clean! Sorry no pets and no smoking..

The "Lower Condo" is within walking distance of Jackson Creek Summit and 1 mile from Black River Basin. Nicely secluded on the property which itself is on a private road free from traffic. Peaceful walking, snowshoeing and x-country skiing (not groomed) can be done on our 76 acre property.
