This old Florida home has been updated with granite counters in the kitchen with newer appliances, ceramic tile, and wood flooring. There is plenty of room to spread out in the main living room and within the wood wall and ceiling finished gathering room. The backyard patio area is perfect for outdoor BBQs. The lush tropical landscaping provides the old Florida home feel. The best amenity is a semi-private outdoor shower with lush vegetation screening. Perfect for the outdoor enthusiast.

Heated Pool (No Cleaning Fee)

Solar heated plunge pool (14' X 18' small) Not so warm in cold weather with over night in the 40's or 50's. Located 11 miles from Bradenton Beach, 30 minutes (15.5 miles) from Anna Maria Island and 12 minutes from IMG. Our home is on a small private lake.. 3rd bedroom is an office with a queen sleeper sofa. We do not have cable TV; we use streaming services and a local antenna for reception. There is a whole house filtration/water softener installed for great quality water.

We are centrally located between Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, and Bradenton, making it an ideal place to explore all the area has to offer. Getting around is easy since we are located very close to the Ringling Museum of Art. Plus, it is only a short 15-minute drive to downtown Lido Beach and St. Armands Circle.
