Enjoy a recently remodeled cooks kitchen with granite,gas range and many extras. There are 3 mounted flat screens with high speed internet to stream. The office space is perfect for remote working during your stay.

No cleaning fees! Private 350 sq ft cottage on a shared 1.3-acre 1952 property with its own entrance & private side yard with fire pit. Vaulted ceilings with an open, villa-style feel. Walk to downtown Livingston shops and restaurants. Clean, simple, & thoughtfully prepared—ideal for those who appreciate charm over luxury. Family lives onsite. You may hear normal activity, and our border collie Loki may say hello. East Texas country living includes seasonal insects despite regular pest control.
