Near Soden's Grove Park and Zoo, Peter Pan Park that has a splash pad for the kids and disc golf! 2 Short miles to downtown Emporia - the heart of all the action for the Unbound Gravel Bike Race and Disc Golf Events. Middle Creek Historic Ranch

Step back in time in an 120 year old farm house. Enjoy the view of Flint Hills from the many windows, while the indoors provide you with modern conveniences. Take a walk to the creek, or just roam the Kansas prairies. In the evenings, spend time around the outdoor fire pit, listening to nature and making s'mores. It's a short drive to Strong City and Cottonwood Falls,where you can take in some local history, purchase a few antiques to take home, enjoy a meal at one of incredible eateries.

This unit is at the second floor. To get access to the room, you need to go through a long stairway. Ideally not recommended for anybody with super heavy luggage. We do not have elevator. Red Barn Hideaway

Come stay at the Red Barn Hideaway just 7 miles northeast of Emporia. This quaint little house and beautiful red barn have all the space you'll need. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms as well as a futon sofa in the living room and a queen sized air mattress. 3 Tv’s and wifi is available. The barn can accommodate 1 vehicle and other smaller items such as bikes, canoes, camping/hunting gear, etc. It's just a 10 minute drive into town and you're right near ESU and downtown Emporia.
