Make use of our kayaks and paddle board on the harbour, relax in the heated pool, or take an easy stroll over to Ohope beach for a swim. Cosy pool house offering everything you need for a fantastic holiday in Whakatāne, close to Ohope Beach. This two bedroom property has a separate shower room and well equipped living area with futon. The kitchen includes a microwave, electric hob, electric frying pan, slow cooker, sandwich maker and more. The Observatory, Semi Self-Contained Unit

We welcome you to our home, which has views of the ocean and farmland. The guest area is located on the ground floor. Only a 10 minute stroll into the township of Whakatane, and five minute drive to Ohope Beach, voted one of the safest surf beaches in NZ. The entrance to the famous Nga Tapuwai O Toi walking track is only 2 minutes from our home. If you are into astronomy, the Whakatane Observatory is steps away from our property, open to the public Tuesday and Friday evenings.
