Cozy Guest Suite in the Heart of Downtown Cincy

A cozy and bright room located at The Reserve at 4th and Race in the heart of downtown Cincinnati. You're a short walk to many restaurants and nightlife. This historic building built in 1927 was redesigned in 2012 to include 88 apartments, a fitness center, and a rooftop terrace. This private room is a quaint space that has a king bed, bathroom, desk, tv, internet, mini-fridge, microwave and a SmartLock which will only work with your code during your stay. Parking is additional.

All rooms have a view of the lake and the deck overlooks Dale Hollow. We are a mile from Wolf River Boat Dock. The suite is downstairs with a private entrance. There are walking paths that encompasses 3 acres on the property. The private deck has a fire pit for chilly mornings to enjoy coffee or relaxing evening. Private suite on ground level of house (private entrance) in beautiful Park Hills. You have your own parking right next to your entrance.

Six miles to Riverbend. And there's a backyard city view.
