GUESTS MUST BRING SHEETS, QUILTS ,PILLOWS ,BATH , HAND AND KITCHEN TOWELS .House has central air conditioning but is set to go NO LOWER than 72. Be aware that this is the downstairs unit. We rent the upstairs also and you may hear noise from above unit.
