Easy on-street parking (yes, it's true!) with time-of-day restrictions (Our side of the street has street cleaning on 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month 9am-11am and across the street is on 2nd and 4th Monday of the month 9am-11am.) One-minute access to public transportation. The 29 bus and 48 bus stops are across the street.

While the suite is part of our well-maintained corner house surrounded by vegetation, your own entrance from the street makes the suite much more secluded than a room in someone’s home. Easy/Free street parking, directly across from GGP, 8 blocks to the beach & 2 to public transport. Very safe & quiet neighborhood. Sleeps 4 comfortably, perfect for families with children or 3-4 adults. We do not rent to guests 25 years and under. Parents with kids are welcome!
