The charming house is conveniently located in the historic part of the village, situated above the lake side road, offering breathtaking views. Due to its location, the apartment is only accessible via STAIRS, and is therefore not suitable for a wheelchair! It is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. NOT SUITED for CHILDREN!

Plenty of walking tours and even summit option (Gumpeneck 2226m) starting at the house. Only 18 min drive to the interlinked 4 mountains slopes (123km) Dachstein. Child friendly, lawn. Parking outside. Open air swimming pool, bakery, supermarket, kiosk and train station within walking distance.

Sie stammt ursprünglich aus dem Jahre 1503 und wurde 2008 mit viel Liebe komplett renoviert. Sie ist luxuriös ausgestattet: Gaszentralheizung, Fußbodenheizung im EG, Sauna, urgemütliche, geräumige Wohnküche mit Kachelofen, 2 große Schlafzimmer mit offenem Kamin sowie eine große Terrasse.

My Holzhaus, stunning views and so cosy inside

Sit inside this cosy wooden house, or enjoy the garden to have those stunning views on the mountains. Hqve a BBQ, sit around the fireplace down at the stream or relax in the garden. Just a 15 minutes walk into the center of Gröbming with shops and restaurants. Stoderzinken - voted most beautiful place of Austria in 2022 is just up the road. There are lovely walks directly from the house as well. New: Sommercard includes many cable cars in the region as well as many entries.

Endlich Ruhe gives peace! It is a lovely large house, with a fine, enclosed garden. The house is on a cul-de-sac, behind the garden runs a stream. You can BBQ or read in the hammock. The children can play in the garden. The house borders the Sölktaler Naturpark, and is 15 km from the 4-Berge Skischaukel. The house is modernly furnished, with an eye for Austrian details. For winter sports enthusiasts, there is a heated ski room. You are most welcome!

Das ehemalige Bauernhaus befindet sich auf 1200 Meter Seehöhe und wurde von uns 2017 kernsaniert. Nach Aufstieg entlang einer Bergstraße erwartet Sie ein fantastisches Bergpanorama in mitten von Natur, Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit. Im Sommer stehen viele Freizeitaktivitäten wie Wandern in der zur Verfügung.
