This cozy unit is a converted rec room located on the bottom floor of a two story house that includes a living room, a separate bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a small kitchenette /laundry room (cold water). The kitchenette includes a microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, coffee pot, utensils, and refrigerator. The unit can be locked with key. STEPS are required for entry. Not recommended for guests with mobility issues. Extra guests are each charged $5 per day. NO smoking/vape inside.

Charming cottage apartment on a garden and forest hill. Next to the Willamette River, 30 mins from downtown Portland. Relax, and enjoy the quiet and peaceful surroundings. Fully stocked kitchen. Fast wifi at 50 Mbps. Cozy inside in the wintertime, also with a park-like setting with walking access down the lush backyard to the river where you can enjoy swimming, fishing, kayaking, and bird watching. You can use the shared recreation room with ping pong, pool table, shuffleboard, and weights.

An open 850 sq ft. studio w/ a queen bed, living space with a modern smart TV & gas fireplace, bar/kitchenette, private entrance & bathroom. The space is intended for solo travelers only. I live in the Richmond neighborhood & am located 1 block from 37th & Division Street, which is surrounded by great restaurants & shops. My home is a 1910 Bungalow & I’ve owned it for 30 years. Secret garden guesthouse is located 1 mile from downtown Lake Oswego and 2 miles from Lewis and Clark. Ideal hideaway for parents weekend, visiting the college, or guest lecturers. Also great location for exploring the amazing city of Portland and its surrounds. 50 minutes to Mt Hood, 40 minutes to wine country! Located in SW Portland and just a few miles from downtown Portland food scene. 1 mile from Lake Oswego. Friendly pets are welcome with a $40 pet fee.

Rustic Creekside Cabin

This tranquil hideaway feels like you're in the middle of the forest, but is just minutes from Portland. Relax next to the burbling creek surrounded by towering cedar trees. The MAX Orange line and downtown Milwaukie are only five minutes away. Built in 1928, the cabin has one bedroom and bathroom, living room, full kitchen and central heat. The bedroom has one queen bed and an en suite bathroom. There is a pull-out queen futon in the living room.

Cozy one-bedroom basement apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Queen-bed. Decorated with art from my travels in Turkey, Colombia, China and Egypt with descriptions in the AirBNB binder. No stove but small refrigerator, microwave and toaster and sink. Cabinet with plates, cups, silverware. Board and card games in cabinet below the TV. Have Hulu, Netflix, and Prime Video for your entertainment. Your own washer-dryer in the unit.

Spacious 1200 sq/ft daylight basement apartment, with 1 bedroom, living-room, full kitchen & big windows, in a quiet and desirable suburb of Portland. Park in our driveway & enter through your own gate at the back of the house. The Trolley Trail bike/hike trail is across the street from our front door.
