Historical holiday house in the Dordogne valley

Superb house like no other in the Dordogne valley: on the square of a listed village, built in the 15th century, wood panelling from the 18th century, giant stone staircase and stone walls, big fireplaces... A lot of history packed in a spacious (1700 ft 2) house equipped with all the modern conveniences. Large bedrooms with each its bathroom. Ideally located to visit the area, Padirac, Rocamadour... The studio is located in the Chateau Salamon, which overlooks the Tarn river (or Lake of Lacroux) and benefits from an exceptional view. The omnipresent nature invites calm and relaxation. It has a private beach with pontoon and a "Jeu de boules" playground. Many activities: walks and hikes from the castle, canoes (included in the rental), fishing (with or without a fishing license), cultural visits, etc. Great attention has been paid to the pleasure, relaxation and aesthetics of the place.

Nous louons de préférence à la semaine en haute saison, pour tout autre besoin de nuitées (minimum 2) ou week-end et ponts fériés, merci de nous faire une demande d'information. Op loopafstand (ca.600m) de rivier Le Gartempe waar genoeg plekjes zijn om een frisse duik te nemen. De fietser kan ook zijn hart ophalen. Voor de mountainbiker (eventueel beschikbaar), tourfietser en recreatiefietser zijn er ontelbare mogelijkheden door de bossen, langs de rivier of door het landschap. Voor de wandelaars onder ons zijn de mogelijkheden te over. Voor de paardrijders is er een manege op een paar kilometer. Voor cultuur en ontspanning in de buurt raad ik Ivo's reisgids aan.

At the heart of the Charente vineyards, old mill of the late 18th century completely renovated with heated pool. Quiet on the edge of a small village, by the river and only 4 km from Pons, near Cognac, Bordeaux, Royan, La Rochelle ... All rooms are equipped with storage, queen size beds, televisions.
