Vuonna 2014 valmistunut Mökkimme sijaitsee Paljakassa, lähellä hiihtolatuja ja maastopyöräilyreittejä. Mökin tilat sijaisevat kahdessa kerroksessa. Lasikaiteinen koko mökin levyinen terassi antaa mahdollisuuden aistia luonnon rauhan niin talvella kuin kesälläkin. Pihalla sijaitsee puuvarasto, nuotiopaikka sekä palju. Almost all rooms in the house offer a stunning view of the river, and you can also savor the riverside scenery from the outdoor hot tub and terrace. The city services are only about 5 km, and Santa Claus Village is 15 km away. In front of the house, there are ample parking spaces for cars. Excellent jogging and skiing opportunities are nearby.

Hieman erilaisten kokemusten hakijoille. Sisäpihan suojassa oleva pihasviitti kaikilla mausteilla. Sisältää puusaunan, viihtyisän pesuhuoneen, pienen mutta kätevän keittiön sekä vuodesohvan yläpuolelle avautuvan lasikaton, josta mahtavat taivas näkymät. Lisäksi terassiin on upotettu poreamme, jota vuokrataan erillisellä hinnalla. Pihalla on autopaikka lämmityksellä. Sviitissä on nopea wifi-yhteys. Keittiöstä löytyy kaikki kokkaamiseen tarvittavat perusvälineet uunia lukuun ottamatta.

Mökki sijaitsee omassa rauhassa Iijoen rannassa. Mökkiin mahtuu 1-3 hlo. Soutuvene, uinti -ja kalastusmahdollisuus. Ylirannan ratsutila 6 km, Iin keskusta 11 km. Mökissä takka ja erillinen puulämmitteinen sauna. Mökissä on hyvin varusteltu keittiö ja petivaatteet. Polttopuut sis. hintaan. Liinavaatteet lisähintaan 10€/hlö.Lemmikit sopimuksen mukaan 10 €/majoit. Palju tai ulkoporeallas lisähintaan 100€. Vuokraajan tulee tehdä loppusiivous. Tekemättömästä siivouksesta perimme 80€ .

This mini house can accommodate 4 people comfortably but we have beds even for 6. It has full kitchen and living room with windows facing river, sauna, shower, toilet and two bedrooms with big windows facing the forest. Outside it has two spacious terrace's, one with jacuzzi. The building has just been completed.
