Vuonna 2014 valmistunut Mökkimme sijaitsee Paljakassa, lähellä hiihtolatuja ja maastopyöräilyreittejä. Mökin tilat sijaisevat kahdessa kerroksessa. Lasikaiteinen koko mökin levyinen terassi antaa mahdollisuuden aistia luonnon rauhan niin talvella kuin kesälläkin. Pihalla sijaitsee puuvarasto, nuotiopaikka sekä palju. Location next to village road doesn't bother those coming from cities and in return, you have a lake view and a natural sandy beach, where to follow northern day and year go by. After an active day, relax in the warmth of fireplace, sauna or hot pool. Or on the beach, around the campfire, where you can whisper your thoughts into the dark star studded night, when everything around you is still.

Hieman erilaisten kokemusten hakijoille. Sisäpihan suojassa oleva pihasviitti kaikilla mausteilla. Sisältää puusaunan, viihtyisän pesuhuoneen, pienen mutta kätevän keittiön sekä vuodesohvan yläpuolelle avautuvan lasikaton, josta mahtavat taivas näkymät. Lisäksi terassiin on upotettu poreamme, jota vuokrataan erillisellä hinnalla. Pihalla on autopaikka lämmityksellä. Sviitissä on nopea wifi-yhteys. Keittiöstä löytyy kaikki kokkaamiseen tarvittavat perusvälineet uunia lukuun ottamatta.

Mökki sijaitsee omassa rauhassa Iijoen rannassa. Mökkiin mahtuu 1-3 hlo. Soutuvene, uinti -ja kalastusmahdollisuus. Ylirannan ratsutila 6 km, Iin keskusta 11 km. Mökissä takka ja erillinen puulämmitteinen sauna. Mökissä on hyvin varusteltu keittiö ja petivaatteet. Polttopuut sis. hintaan. Liinavaatteet lisähintaan 10€/hlö.Lemmikit sopimuksen mukaan 10 €/majoit. Palju tai ulkoporeallas lisähintaan 100€. Vuokraajan tulee tehdä loppusiivous. Tekemättömästä siivouksesta perimme 80€ .

You can enjoy the nature and scenery to the river during your stay. While you are enjoying the sauna or outdoor jacuzzi, you might have chance to see the northern lights. This mini house can accommodate 4 people comfortably but we have beds even for 6. It has full kitchen and living room with windows facing river, sauna, shower, toilet and two bedrooms with big windows facing the forest. Outside it has two spacious terrace's, one with jacuzzi. The building has just been completed.
