Beach front Luxury escape for 2 only. No parties allowed, it is on the lower level of our house, which overlooks Sydney Harbour, It has its own private entrance and is totally separate, it has direct access to the beach in Clontarf, there are 62 steps up to the apartment. We are on the Spit bridge to Manly walk which is stunning. Seaforth Village and Manly are close. Sandy bar cafe at the Marina and Bosk in Park, also a wide variety of first-class dining and shopping options are close by

Private and tranquil 'Casablanca' is situated 4 minutes by car from Avalon Village and Beach, where you will find an array of shops and restaurants. Your studio apartment features a luxurious king size bed and comes fully equipped with cooking facilities, fridge /freezer, tea and coffee making facilities, BBQ and outdoor alfresco dining area. Our studio is cosy and is set in tropical surroundings. It’s a perfect city escape or weekend getaway. The studio is 36 m2 and is part of a small block of 8 units and has everything you need for a comfortable stay away from home. A 12 min walk to Newport village you can go shopping at the local boutiques, try out one of the many cafes/restaurants or head straight to the beach for a day in the sun and then after all that you can have a drink while watching the sun set at The Newport Hotel.

Private 1 bedroom ground floor modern apartment in a beachside area. Monday and Thursday mornings between 7am and 9am the gym area will be used by us and a few friends. During this time the toilet may used. Private landscaped court yard. 10 minute walk to beach Buses to Manly, Warringah Mall, Chatswood and express buses to the city. Bus connects to the Manly Ferry. Close to cafes and restaurants at Dee Why Coastal walks to South Curl Curl, Freshwater, Queenscliff and Manly.
