Welcome to our 11-acre property centrally located among the Ashtabula harbor, Geneva-on-the-Lake, and the Harpersfield wineries. We have a beautiful king-sized bedroom and one bath 5th wheel with a full kitchen and all the amenities you would need for a relaxing stay. One sofa bed in the living room can be used for extra guests. There is a one-acre fully stocked pond where you can fish or kayak or just enjoy the serene outdoors. You can end your day around the fire pit outside of your unit.

Relax at our quiet retreat close to Salt Fork State Park and Marina, just a short drive from I-70 and I-77. Everything needed to enjoy nature is nearby, including Tuscawaras River access for kayaking or canoeing. Located in a private, 5-acre woods, our camper is set in a sunny opening. Grab your favorite morning beverage and take a stroll to our favorite lookout. A looping trimmed path leads to a bench sitting atop a large glacial rock, overlooking areas frequented by local wildlife.

Our deep Texas roots and western adventures were the inspiration for this custom-built, hand-crafted mountain camp. This camper includes a master suite with queen sized bed and full bathroom, and a second bedroom with bunk beds and an attached half bath. Also included is a kitchen with a coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator. You can enjoy the double recliners and smart TV in the living room, or relax outside with the Adirondack chairs and fire ring! Everything you need for a great camping experience is right here!

The Lux is our largest and most luxurious tiny home. At 32 foot long, it looks striking from a distance. The butterfly roof and accent walls give you a hint of what to expect when you walk in. The Lux has all the basics you’d expect for a luxurious stay: full bathroom with running water (not a composting toilet) a full kitchen, heat/AC, fast wifi & a memory foam queen size bed. But it’s what you wouldn’t expect in a tiny home that will get you.

This 1972 Airstream was restored and ready for perfect nights of glamping! We have kept bits of nostalgia throughout the Airstream as well as adding a modern twist. Located in the picturesque hills right before Mohican State Park, you will find yourself immersed in nature. There is access to a private drive with added privacy so you can enjoy your oasis in the woods! A hot tub was just added for a more relaxing experience!
