There is parking in the quiet cul-de-sac. Buses and Ferry run nearby. Devonport Village, Takapuna for shopping & beautiful beaches 5 -10 minutes drive away.

This contemporary studio apartment is located in Royal Oak, midway between Auckland Airport and the central city. Beautiful Cornwall Park and Maungakiekie mountain are at one end of the street. Formerly a studio for the artist/owner this is now a cosy space with the artist's work on display and available for purchase. Underfloor heating and heated towel rail will keep you cosy in winter. Within walking easy distance to bus routes to the city, cafes, shopping mall, banks, restaurants etc.
