Putsborough beach a 2 mile stretch of sand is a 1.4 mile drive down a country lane or a 25 minute walk across fields. Croyde village is 1.6 miles drive The Kings Arms and 17th century Rock Inn serving fine pub food are 1 minute and a 4 minute walk away.

North Challacombe Farm is a luxury accessible and spacious 5 bedroom home set in 50 acres within Exmoor Park, with breathtaking countryside and sea views. This is a perfect house to relax and unwind away from the crowds but is equally well positioned to access some of the best sights of North Devon. This home is wheelchair accessible on the ground floor and has an adapted ground floor bedroom with electric profiling bed and large en suite wet room with roll-in shower and grab rails.

Villa Wishing Well is located in Barnstaple North Devon, with a short walk to the town center and close to supermarkets and shops. The house is situated beside the North Devon Tarka Trail and has outstanding views of The River Taw and just 5 miles from lovely Sandy Beaches. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Our Villa is not a party venue! You can also enjoy your own enclosed terrace with hot tub and you'll have unrestricted views of Woolacombe Beach, which is just a 30 second walk from Parade House.

Our charming cottage is in a fabulous location right on Ilfracombe's historic Quay. We overlook the harbour, beach and the lifeboat station; Tunnels beach and wedding venue are nearby. The rear courtyard hides a secret sunny garden complete with table and chairs perfect for alfresco dining and a secluded hot tub. The top floor bedrooms have water views either of the harbour or the Bristol Channel, and our garden room has space for wet gear, boards and bikes! Dogs are welcome.

It boasts pubs loved by the locals and visitors, fantastic cafes, bars and restaurants. It is on the South West Coast Path, with easy access to Braunton Burrows and Westward Ho!

Sitting in prime position on the coastal path on the quiet side of the harbour, the cottage overlooks the beach and lifeboat station. Boasting a large terrace, it’s a great spot to watch the world go by and, if you’re lucky, a lifeboat launch. Manor Cottage is a traditional home with modern features and a very well equipped kitchen. Garage parking included.

The Retreat is surrounded by all the things we love. A 5 minute walk from Croyde village, Croyde beach and a 15 minute walk to Putsborough beach. We hope that you maybe able to park your car on arrival and not need to use it again during your stay. Access up the lane next to the house to wonderful panoramic walks and views of Baggy Point. We hope its a perfect place to rest those sandy feet and unwind after a full day of sea air.

Tucked into the Baggy's property just steps from Croyde Beach, Baggy's — The Studio is a stylish, cosy retreat with its own exclusive hideaway in the form of the Summer House. Perfect for couples or small families wanting a relaxed base for exploring one of North Devon's most beautiful coastlines. Well-behaved small and medium sized dogs are very welcome.
