Visit local parks, and local lakes, go hiking, fishing and come back to our lovely country home and enjoy a BBQ on the private deck # 1 or enjoy our Jacuzzi on deck # 2 even during the winter, our lovely kitchen is equipped with all the modern appliances. Then get nice and cozy in the living room to a nice movie or go outside and enjoy the night by the fire at the pit. Then fall asleep in a comfy king size bed. ENJOY!!!

Downtown Suites with Kitchen/Laundry

Enjoy a private and peaceful experience at this centrally located house. When booking both Suites through this listing, you get the privacy and spaciousness of the entire upper floor as well as a private front entrance. Both Queen and Double Suites come with their own ensuite washroom, as well as top speed WiFi, kitchen, and washer/dryer. Both Suites are also available to book individually. See my other listings. Lakeside Guesthouse

Our home is situated 10 minutes from the friendly city of North Bay on the shores of beautiful Trout Lake. We have over 1600 sq. ft. of living space that has been recently renovated with high end finishes. The Airbnb is the complete ground floor just steps from the water. The hosts live on the top floor and have separate entrances. Small pets are allowed but not on the furniture and beds. We do expect that you clean up after them. There is a $20 pet fee for with the extra cleaning.

Family-friendly comfortable home for your entire family. Quick walk to a great local beach (Kinsmen Beach) with multiple trail accesses nearby. You can access trails to the waterfront and downtown from our street. Head down to the basement for a game of ping pong or hang out and watch tv. We also have a driveway to accommodate multiple vehicles. We look forward to hosting you and will be nearby if you need anything. Our short-term license number is 2023-5410.
