The Dryer House is a cozy retreat in Springfield’s charming historic Rountree neighborhood. This home features 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, fireplace, and fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy your morning coffee on the spacious front porch or unwind out back with the fire pit in the fenced, pet-friendly yard. Located on quiet, tree-lined streets perfect for walking and biking - yet just minutes from downtown, dining, and shopping. The Dryer House is the perfect blend of peaceful escape and central convenience.

The Red House on Cross Lake

This is a Cross Lake cabin that we renovated from an old catfish restaurant built in the early 1930's. We call it the RED HOUSE. There are three cabins on the property that we also use for visiting family and friends. We live on the property behind the houses and we all use the property and pier. Guest also have use of the pier/boat house. The house is at the end of the road on the lake. Although family also uses the property the cabin is quiet and private with a great view of the open lake.

The "Heart of Milan" Guest House

This is a vintage 1920's craftsman style bungalow that has recently been redecorated. You will be renting the whole house to include a large master bedroom, a second private bedroom, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, office, living space and common room with an extra twin bed. Washer and dryer included. Hardwood floors throughout the home. This house is an ideal rental for executives or travelers who are looking for a more home like environment or anticipate an extended stay.
