The tidal beach & the floating dock (May-Dec) is ideal for seasonal fishing, lounging & swimming.

The cottage stands along the oceanfront in quaint area of Kitty Hawk beach. Very small cottage limited to 2 guests. Remodeled and designed in vintage beach flair. The cottage reminds me of the way coastal homes used to be: simple ; yet, thougthfully integrated into the environment. Approximately 800 square ft. of intimate living space with spacious deck for getting closer to the sea and sky. I provide all the clean linens .Please have prior reviews and be over 29 years of age.

Con vistas espectaculares al Océano Pacífico, la casa está construida en la ladera del cerro que mira de frente a la tranquila y majestuosa Playa Mermejita y se encuentra totalmente rodeada por la naturaleza, lo que la convierte en un refugio excepcional, a solo cinco minutos caminando de la playa y a quince minutos caminando del centro de Mazunte, con su ambiente relajado y sus ricos restaurantes.

Casa Serenidad - A Santa Cruz Lake Front Stay

Casa Serenidad is a lakefront cottage with lush gardens secluded enough to be alone with nature, but within 3-5 minutes away from Isla Verde, a hotel with a restaurant that offers delicious food, and it’s usually open to the public. The property is only accessible by boat but its approx. a 15 minute walk to the town of Santa Cruz, and very close to kayak and paddle board rentals. We are about a 10 minute boat ride to Panajachel.
