Et helt spesielt sted på en liten øy med broforbindelse og i gangavstand til sentrum. Våkne til bølgeskvulp og fuglekvitter og forfriskende morgenbad. 3,5 km å gå til Munch-museet og Operaen. Bussen går rett utenfor døren - tar ca 11 min til du er midt i sentrum og i Karl Johans gt. Avslutt kvelden med et kveldsbad/promenade langs strandkanten eller bare nyt utsikten fra vinduet. A rocky path leads to the private jetty with a rowing boat at your disposition. Within a 20 minutes drive you will reach Kolsås, Sandvika, Høvikodden and Oslo, and by public transport Oslo is within an hour. You can take the tram and bus directly in front of the apartment to anywhere around in Oslo. Whether you want to see nature, the city center, the opera or the fjord this is the perfect place.

Moderne gjestesuite i separat del av enebolig bygget i 2022. . Sentral beliggenhet med busstopp 100 meter fra huset som tar deg til Oslo sentrum. Gjestesuiten er 28 kvm og leies ut til 1-2 personer. Gjestesuiten består av soverom/oppholdsrom, stort bad og eget kjøkken. Den er utstyrt med 150 cm dobbeltseng. Inkludert i leien er også TV med chromecast, håndklær, sengetøy og WiFi. Det er 100 meter til busstopp som i løpet av 20 min tar deg til Oslo sentrum. Bussen går hvert 15 min.

Sokkelleiligheten ligger i et sentralt og rolig villaområde på Karlsrud, kun 20 min fra Oslo Sentrum med kollektiv transport og med kort vei til Ekebergsletta (buss). Leiligheten er del av en enebolig som stod ferdig i 2021 og ligger skjermet inn mot et friområde. Det er kort vei til buss og t-bane, koselige kafeer og matbutikker.
