The apartment is located in Rotermann Quarter, which combines old industrial buildings and modern architecture, is located in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town, the harbor and Viru Center. City center is within walking distance (about 1 km or 15 min walk). The apartment has a lot of morning sun and 6th floor offers nice views on the city. 32m2 2-room apt. with private entrance located in ground floor, entrance directly from outside. Your car will be 5 meters away! City center area, FREE private parking in closed garden, Old Town is 3km away. The location has super good access to public transportation (300-400m walk). In the apartment there is a full size bed (140x200cm) and a sofa bed in the living room. Guests have access to washing machine and fully equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge, stove and necessary essentials).
