Besides the surrounding calmness, nearby you can find the Roosta Surf Village, Dirhami Fish Restaurant and even a local Brewery. Seaside resort town Haapsalu is 30 minute drive away. The Cottage is surrounded with a pine tree forest and nearest beach is 700 meters from the house.

Majas on elutuba koos köögialaga, 2 magamistuba, Huum kerisega saun ja 60m2 terrass koos mugava aiamööbliga. Külalistele on kasutada lameekraaniga TV, wifi ja suur terrass koos gaasigrilliga. Majast 250 meetri kaugusel asub liivarand, mis sobib nii ujumiseks kui SUP lauaga sõitmiseks. Poolsaare teisel küljel asuv rand (800 meetrit majast) on hea koht lohesurfiks.
