The Annexe is a self-contained guest suite, with living room/diner, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen, fully equipped, recently modernised and redecorated. Ideal for a couple or for a family with two small children as there is a double sofa-bed in the living room. Just outside the French doors is a patio with table and barbecue for summer dining. The cottage was renovated in 2021. The cottage is lovely bright & airly open plan with a new kitchen & central heating throughout. Upstairs theres a family bathroom & master bedroom with a double bed. The second bedroom although its a bunk bed the top bunk is a bit of tight squeeze so definitely couldn't take an adult. All towels and linen included (apart from beach towels). Outside there is a private patio & shared grassed area with picturesque stream at the bottom.

Hayes End is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom single storey cottage located in the popular village of Whimple in East Devon. It is a short walk from a shop, 2 pubs and a train station and is a great base from which to explore the many delights of Devon. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 king sized beds (one of which can be split into singles), sitting/dining room with wood burner. The cottage has parking for 2 cars and a small courtyard garden for bbqs.
