The mezzanine holds a luxury king size bed for a relaxing night of sleep. Outside is a private patio dining area along with secure parking and sole use of the driveway.

Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Set at the end of a quiet lane, this 'chocolate box' cottage is situated in the rolling hills of South Devon, 1 mile from the River Teign, 3.5 miles from the coast and 7 miles from Dartmoor. Dating from 1672, the cottage has recently been renovated and offers a great base for bird-watching, hiking, cycling, kayaking, water skiing, playing golf or just relaxing. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms and a family bathroom. The property is in a ideal location, only 3 mins walk to the town centre, 10 mins walk to the sea front, 7 mins walk to Teignmouth Train Station, 15 mins walk to Shaldon. We are Dog friendly but pets cannot be left unattended in the property.

Shuttaford Barn is a recently converted barn on a 16thC Dartmoor farmstead on the edge of the moors next to Holne and Ashburton. It is the perfect spot to explore the wilds of Dartmoor National Park, walk along the beautiful River Dart or head to the many South Devon beaches for the day. Or just relax in the peaceful surroundings of the barn and its garden. In summer months we generally do Friday to Friday bookings. Please message us if you would like to book alternative days.
