The rental also comes with one off-street FREE parking space within 300 feet of our property. Our personal fav is the bright white seasonal sunroom with windows throughout attached to a walkout private deck with views of Newport Harbor. The Beach Studio - 7 min walk from the beach

This bright studio is the perfect getaway for couples and small families. 7 min walk from the beaches as well as all seaside shops, restaurants, and Rejects brewery. PLEASE NOTE: There is a family with young children living below, so some everyday noises may be heard. Recently renovated, it features an open plan concept as well as a private deck from where you can enjoy epic sunset and winter water views. Our Home is near everything: Beach, Mansions, restaurants and dining, nightlife and family friendly activities. you will love it because of the comfy beds, the kitchen, the coziness, and the high ceilings. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families with kids. 2 parking spaces (back of the building) washer and drier. the apartment is on the second floor via outside stairs and may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Located just one block from world-famous Bellevue Avenue. Short walk to beaches, mansions, 20-25 minute walk to downtown, 10 minute bike ride or 5 to 10 min drive or Uber. Quiet neighborhood walking/ biking distance to shops, bars and restaurants.

Built in 1881, our home is walking distance to downtown Newport, the Cliff Walk, and First Beach. The third floor suite features two large bedrooms (both queen size), an expansive living area, a private full bath, and your own eat-in kitchen. We are licensed by the City of Newport as an approved Airbnb site. We typically require a minimum two night stay during the busy summer weekends.
