Relax & take it easy at this newly remodeled and tranquil retreat. Enjoy the peace of being in the country right on a 17 acre pond stocked with bass, crappie, bluegill & catfish. Yet just 15 minutes from everything you could need. Fish all day, sleep in, create happy memories at the fire pit, enjoy the treehouse OR go out & explore the great many things to see & do in this area! This house is perfect for 2 couples but we will take up to 6 guests. Added fees for the 5th & 6th guests $25 pp/pn.

External private entrance from the home’s main front porch provides access to private stairwell. No shared walls and no shared space with other guests. Whether a short or long term stay, the apartment is perfect for a vacation or a business trip with full kitchen and super comfy bed to ensure a pleasant stay.

Family (baby/toddler/kid) Friendly. Explore nearby cart paths, walking trails and shopping that are all accessible 5 minutes or less by car/golf cart. Ask about renting our golf cart to really experience the charm of PTC!

Enjoy the outdoors with full private access to the pool (open seasonally), an outdoor fire place, and a new hot tub and walking trails to enjoy the outdoors. We DO live onsite and may spend time behind the barn in our shops.

Cozy micro-cabin in tiny house community on dead end street. 5 minute walk from Lakewood Amphitheater and Screen Gems studios. 10 minute ride from airport. Was designed as a crash pad for anyone in town for work, a flight, or road trip. Inside is 4x8x5 mattress is twin. Sleeps 1 comfortably, possibly 2. Bathroom access is about 20ft away. Unit includes electric, AC, heat, TV, wifi, firestick, free parking, storage underneath. Close to a highway so there are waves of passing cars.

The Nest

The Nest is no-smoking and smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. It is a peaceful getaway and great for a romantic weekend or quiet retreat. Canoes, kayaks, trails, and a fire pit are available plus the kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need. Close to Serenbe, Newnan, and the Atlanta Airport. You’ll love my place because of the arty style, the peaceful vibe and the beautiful lake view. The cottage is on 34 private acres and directly behind the main lake house.

Enjoy our quiet, lovely guest home. This 1 bedroom (1 king bed) 1 full bath house come with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and washer/dryer. One TV in the living room, wifi, cable and ceiling fans throughout the house. Entire house has laminate flooring (no carpet). The back yard is equipped with a small table and chairs for smokers. Guest access You will enjoy the convenience of keyless entry and parking in the driveway.
