The Elizabeth Line station, Goodmayes is a short walk away which means you can access the centre of London within thirty minutes. Aldi supermarket is one minute away as well as many places to eat in neighbourhood. There is a very nice park with a river across the road. I have two cats who stay downstairs. We are a friendly social family welcoming all into our beautiful victorian home which is centrally heated, laminated flooring with a large garden. Located between Eastern Avenue and Cranbrook Road. Our home is close by to many bus stops, cafes, bars, a popular night club, fantastic restaurants, mini supermarkets and a large park. 10 minute walk from Gants Hill Underground Station which is in Zone 4 on the Central Line or a quick bus ride to Ilford Rail Station.

3 min walk to tube/subway/restaurants.

A Victorian townhouse, across three floors; with two guest rooms on the first floor. The sitting room and bathroom on the first floor are for the sole use of our guests. The cosy room is furnished with a small double bed, wardrobe with drawers and a bedside table. The Northern line is a 3 minute walk away, and a 25 minute tube journey gets you to Victoria. The area is vibrant and active, but the flat is serene and quiet. The flat also has a garden with a gas bbq.

A modern flat. Quiet and secure with a very relaxed atmosphere. The perfect place if you just want to get your head down. Unable to accommodate anyone who wants to stay home all day (it’s a small place) and please note too, there’s no use of the kitchen (hence the low price). I do however supply tea, coffee and tasty treats.

One or two people can stay, the bed is a large single 4ft. The bedroom is airy, clean and tidy. An ideal place to stay and near Chadwell Heath Train Station which is on the Elizabeth line with easy access to Central London (25 minutes by train). If two people are staying the second person is an additional £4.00 a night.
