Quiet 1-bedroom in a basement of new villa

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The apartment is located in the basement of our new villa. We are occupying the upper two floors and we will be glad to help with anything you might need. We have three small daughters, so we are particularly well equipped for hosting families with small kids. We are a non-smoking place and not welcoming any parties (the three kids are sleeping upstairs). The apartment has fully equipped kitchen, floor heating/cooling and 65" LCD TV.

Both rooms face into the backyard, so you do not hear any traffic and noise from the street. We guarantee a very pleasant stay!
