Entry into the apartment is via your own front door with an outside lock-box holding the key. The apartment has 2 good size bedrooms, both with wardrobes for storage. Bath robes are supplied for up to 4 guests. In the well appointed lounge/dining room area you will also find a TV, CD player & FM radio.

Private Retreat is a suite of rooms on the lower level of a town house and comprises of a separate bedroom with queen bed, bathroom with both a bath and separate shower and a small lounge with a sofa bed and access to a private courtyard garden. Closed off from the rest of the house with a private entrance this suite of rooms offers privacy and the opportunity to relax outdoors in a small garden.

Perfect for attending concerts, Festival of the Lights, WOMAD or for just roaming around Brooklands and Pukekura Parks. Please note we have a young family so you will hear some noise in the morning.
