Cozy updated 1-bedroom apartment in a great area located just 15 minutes from Manhattan anyway that you travel. Home is equipped with a 46" LCD television, private bathroom, small back yard, full-size mattress, closet, dressers for clothing, free washer and dryer (detergent not provided), your own full kitchen and wireless internet. Bathroom will be setup for your stay with clean towels. There are many public transportation options, all of which are 15 minutes to New York City, Subway to Path, Bus and Ferry. Parking in Union City is optional, but is not recommended as it is not easy to find parking. Locally, Union City is rich with culture, there is a lot of Latin Cuisine and shops, as well as a bus to manhattan and the subway just 5 short blocks down on Bergenline Avenue. Walk just 3 short blocks to Boulevard East and you will find a breathtaking view of Manhattan for walks or strolls and as a treat, you can take the ferry to the financial district or 38th st where you can hop on one of their free buses. On Boulevard East, one can also take one of the frequently arriving buses to Manhattan. The Little House

The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!

This newly constructed in-law suite offers cozy and clean comfort. It's 250-square feet of space but perfectly laid out so everything you need is there without feeling crowded. Many of our guests come for a quiet and relaxing weekend or to work remotely in a cozy spot. We live in the attached house but the space you are renting is completely private--with a private entrance and no shared spaces. There is a brick wall between the spaces so we won't hear you and you won't hear us!
