Welcome to The Dude’s House on Lake Dunlap! Lake Dunlap is back to it's full height! The dam construction was completed last year and the lake is back! Dunlap is a dammed portion of the most beautiful river in Texas, the Guadalupe River. With 2 living rooms and enough beds to comfortably sleep 14-people, our lake house is great for families and friend groups. The Dude's House is 7-minutes to downtown New Braunfels and about 15-minutes to Gruene.

It’s lake time! Enjoy decks overlooking fields, wildlife and views of the lake. Feed the deer, walk peaceful paths right out the back door. Relax with family and friends during summer break.
