This is a private guest house which is adjacent to the owners home. It is nestled next to beautiful 100 ft cedar, dogwood & pine trees on 2 wooded acres. This 400 sq ft guest house has a full kitchen, living room with vaulted ceiling, bathroom with walk-in shower, one bedroom with a queen size bed. Bedroom has its own entrance to the large deck. There is a loft that can accommodate additional guests. Located just 3 1/2 miles from downtown Grass Valley and 5 miles from Nevada City, CA.

Pond Front Guest House Escape in the Foothills

Escape to the mountains in this 2 story, one bedroom plus sleeping loft guest home - right on a gorgeous fishing pond. High Street Guesthouse

Our studio apartment has its own entrance and is separate from our home. You will enjoy a comfy queen bed and table/chairs for 2 with strong Wi-Fi in the studio, our SmartTV that will let you watch most popular streaming apps that you have an account with as well as the many free streaming apps that we have on the TV. We’re ½ block off Main St and three blocks from Grass Valley's vibrant downtown. We dislike so-called 'cleaning fees' when we travel so we don't charge them.

Newly rebuilt Guest cottage. Very quiet bedroom with king sized Avocado healthy mattress. 3 minute drive to downtown Nevada City but in the beautiful trees. Super hot strong shower. Kitchenette; hot plate, toaster oven, fridge, microwave. Fast Wifi, TV, premium cable Dogs allowed with additional cleaning fee that ranges from $10-$25 a day based on hair and dirt. A few stairs inside the house between levels. Single bed in the living-room. Lovely patio outside for smoking.
