The Bungalow has a full kitchen, memory foam queen bed, bathroom with shower, patio and parking. We love creating a special place for all our guests. The Bungalow is a sweet place for a romantic weekend or midweek escape. You'll find ev erything you need at the Bungalow + we leave treats for guests!

Family Friendly Downtown Nevada City Bungalow

Downtown but set off the road, this spacious one bedroom light filled bungalow is perfect for your weekend or week long getaway! With all new appliances including a gas stove, a record player with plenty of records to choose from and organic cotton bedding on a very comfy king bed, you won’t want to leave! Guests have access to a washer and dryer and can request any special items they need. Memory foam sleeping mats are also available. The walk is only 3-5 min to shops, bars, and restaurants!

A beautiful 550 square foot self built house in the woods. Many of the materials used in this house were either reused from old local houses or milled on the property itself, giving it a lot of character, while remaining modern. Quiet, private and surrounded by trees. 5 minutes from downtown Nevada City. Near a variety of outdoor activities. Down a private driveway with lots of outdoor space to enjoy. This is a very ideal home and location for wedding attendees if you just want to walk to the local venues. Our house has three bedrooms, one on the main floor, and two upstairs. Small, well trained and non shedding pets are welcome after discussion.

You will share the house with a totally separate apartment on the ground level. The Madrone Studio is great for rest, relaxation, and being close to nature.
