Welcome to our, lower level garden apartment in the lively Ravenna Neighborhood of Seattle 4 blocks from the Roosevelt Light Rail station. With a walk score of 90 you can find your way to nearby Green Lake, U Village, UW, Whole Foods, and dozens of local pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. We are a short drive to Children's Hospital, UW Medical Center or light rail to all of Seattle's Downtown attractions and SeaTac Airport.

Our sparkling clean, studio, mother-in-law apartment is located near enough to the U of W to walk but far enough to avoid most of the noise. Several coffee shops and small neighborhood stores are located within a couple of blocks. The kitchen is fitted out with essential cooking items and the bathroom contains towels, a washer and dryer. Inflatable hot tub. Guest pass for 24 hour zone street parking available during your stay.

The apartment features a stunning open plan living space with a well-equipped kitchen in addition to two bathrooms featuring a luxurious walk-in rain shower!

This private two bedroom suite faces East on the ground floor/basement with an Airbnb guest house above. Enjoy the comfort and privacy of this oasis in the big city. We are 2 blocks North of the University campus. You can walk to most services from the house and transportation around the city. One parking space in our private lot is included for Airbnb guests (a valuable commodity in this neighborhood!)
