We’ll take you around Milan to discover the most beautiful streets, local places and many hidden gems of the city. We will visit the city center discovering many secrets and uncommon places just around the Duomo. All the things we'll see are our favorites: small narrow streets, special architecture, private courtyards and a picturesque coffee shop. All these are the places where the real Milanese goes and experience every day, surrounding themselves with beauty and “bella vita”. Let's have fun together on this walking tour discovering the secrets of Milan in a very very Milanese way. The class is intended to be as professional as relaxed as possible. We will learn how to prepare 3 typical dishes of italian tradition (main course, starter and dessert), for example gnocchi or tagliatelle or risotto, tiramisù, bruschetta or parmigiana. Partecipants will be able to deal with all preparations assisted by me, ask questions and take notes ending with a dinner matched with good italian wines. All recipes will come along with the class, so everybody joining will be able to recreate all preparations at home for family and friends.

This is a friendly cooking experience. You'll be welcomed in a typical Italian home (located in amazing building, dating from the 1930’s) for a traditional meal with a local: to make Sicilian and Northern Italian homemade pasta, cooking, eating, and drinking all together while sharing our stories and especially talking about food, one of the favourite topics in Italy. I'll share with you my grandmother and my family's secrets for easily preparing delicious homemade pasta: Sicilian (maccaruna, busiate), tortelli, tagliatelle or other typical kinds of homemade pasta with wheat flour (with gluten and eggs or water). I will introduce you to "my" Milano, in the way I experienced it until now, and we will have so much fun and spontaneous conversations along the way. As soon as you enter in this cute and iconic car that belongs to my family, you will feel like you are in a vintage movie, also because so many people around will be looking at you. Latest but not least, we will stops in many places in order to take unique photos with a bit of "vintage touch" and capture every single moment of our time together. This experience is not an historic/artistic guided tour, and it suitable for those who want to discover Milan in a "La Dolce Vita" style and return home with lots of unforgettable memories, exclusive photos to share and, hopefully, with a new local friend in Milan: me! Os llevaremos, sobre nuestras MTB, a descubrir una Milán oculta. Partiendo de Trenno (zona San Siro), en las afueras Oeste de Milán, nos sumergiremos en tres pulmones verdes poco conocidos. Durante nuestro paseo en bicicleta tendremos la oportunidad de encontrar muchas especies animales que rara vez se encuentran dentro de una metrópolis. Al final del tour haremos una breve parada para disfrutar de un refrigerio con productos típicos italianos, y por la noche tendremos la posibilidad de disfrutar también de la puesta de sol en un lugar muy sugestivo. ¡Te parecerá que no estás en Milán, si no es por un vistazo de la ciudad! Cantina Urbana wine tour & tasting. First of all you will greeted at the entrance with a welcome glass of wine. Our staff will show you where you can sit. Then, the visit starts! Tour of the winery and you will discover how the wine is made through the production area and see the vinification steel tank, amphora and barriques for the ageing and finally the bottling process. You will understand the winemaking daily activities. Finally you will be guide into the wine experience with a tasting of 3 different wines paired with a small platter in combination. You will learn how we make wine and get the opportunity to taste it. The experience will be run for 1,30 hour. We please you to be on time and arrive a few minutes early!
