Enjoy historic downtown Franklin with a 6 block walk from the guest house to the 5 points center of downtown Franklin. Our guest house is a spacious 681 sq. ft. house with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, eating area, full kitchen, stackable washer & dryer, separate private entrance and one outdoor parking space next to the guest house and additional parking located on the street. The guest house is over the detached garage completely separate from the main house for the utmost privacy.

Whispering Waters offers a quiet space to relax and enjoy your time spent away from home. It is a four room cabin adjacent to Caney Fork Creek, which feeds into the South Harpeth River in Fernvale. The cabin easily hosts four guests. The queen size bed is complimented by a sleeper sofa in the living room, which sleeps two as well. It's an intimate space located in a lovely setting. We renovated this room and added a bathroom off of a 200+year old smokehouse. The Smokehouse deck connects to a walkway and porch for our AirBNB Plus rated "Quottage" which offers accommodations for two, a private bathroom, living space, and small kitchen.
