Guest have access to the entire home. It is a remodeled singlewide mobile home on 1/4 acre. We are within 10 miles to: Amelia Island, Fernandina Beach, theaters, golf courses, putt-putt, historical downtown Fernandina and the oldest saloon in Florida-The Palace Saloon. We are within 20 miles to the air port (JAX) and Jacksonville Zoo and we are within 30 miles to the Jaxport Cruise Terminal. St. Mary's, Georgia is a picturesque coastal village at the southern most point of the state. The cottage is walking and biking distance to shops, dining and access to the Cumberland Island ferry. The home has two lovely bedrooms, a cozy living area, kitchen and bathroom. Norris Cottage is small, but welcoming and efficient.

The house was built in 2023, with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, living/dining room and laundry. There’s a 6 car parking lot + a 2 car garage. Trailers and RVs are welcome (driveway is 60ft long). The back of the house has a fully fenced backyard with a fire pit and grill. In total, 8 people could fit comfortably, though up to 9. If you're staying over the duration of 28 days and would like something added, please let me know. I'll do my best to accommodate all my guests!
