The bathroom has no window but has an automatic air extractor. Fantastic location with only a 5 min walk to town, and 10 min walk to beach. Bookings only accepted if you are over 21

Ground Level has Master bedroom with double bed,1 bunk bed and bathroom Middle level (this level has the balcony) has 1 double bed and designed as an open space with Upper level where is the kitchen area with dining table. Please note that only one bedroom is private with a door that locks.

A small white house with blue windows, in the heart of the Aegean, was always my dream! That's how everything started and now I own this tiny house of 27sqm in the magical town of Ios island. This place was a small cafe before. Was abandoned for about 20 years and, as i like to transform, I turned it to a cosy nest for my family. The idea was a polymorphical place that has everything we need in a small house . I hope that you will love this place as I do!!!

Tout cela dans une quiétude absolue, loin de la vie animée du village, mais à proximité de toutes commodités. Malheureusement, nous n'acceptons pas les groupes d'étudiants.
