Decorated with modern and minimalist furniture pieces, this flat is accentuated with flavors of living spaces that are commonly found in Scandinavian countries. And be assured that you will not find a more centrally located flat! Don't miss out on staying at one of only six unique 'El Alma de Las Ramblas' flats, all of which are located in a recently renovated historical 19th century building. We are three friends who decided to embark on this project to refurbished 6 apartments in a same building located right off of arguably Barcelona´s most famous street: Las Ramblas. It was important to us to turn these apartments into cozy and functional living spaces for our guests. We chose the new beds, beddings, sofas, dining tables and chairs, lamps, kitchenware and small appliances with great care and consideration. We believe we were successful in creating an pleasant space in each of the flats- and we hope you will also agree after having spent time there. The entire studio is for the guests to use. We respect the privacy of our guests and yet also would be available to provide any assistance possible that would make our guests´ stay a confortable and an enjoyable one. The apartment is at the epicenter of Barcelona, just off the beginning of iconic Las Ramblas, which is known for its myriad of activities. Join the crowds who have come to stroll, shop, and dine along the city's most dynamic street. Brew some coffee and settle down on a comfy, mid-century chair and let in the light at this modern, neutral apartment in the center of the city. Get a true taste of tapas down on the street below, then relax with a glass of wine on the balcony. This apartment is as central as central can be! You will be able to walk* to many worthwhile sites: 1. La Boquería Market: 4 minute walk 2. Picasso Museum: 13 minute walk 3. La Pedrera: 22 minute walk 4. La Sagrada Familia: 42 minute walk 5. In the room you will find a mix of original antique and contemporary furniture. The open plan living/dining/kitchen area provides ample space to relax and kick-back after a day in the city. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you might need to prepare meals. There are 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have twin beds and the other bedroom a double bed. There are three complete bathrooms. The apartment is fully air-conditioned with heating in winter and comes with wi-fi internet. The three double bedrooms makes this apartment perfect for families and smaller groups. For larger groups we also have more apartments available in the same building. The apartment covers a whole floor of the building and the roof top terrace. The roof top terrace is a sun deck for day use until 10.00 pm in order not to bother they rest of the neighbors. Clients have access to free wifi, tv, fully equipped kitchen, A/C, heating, laundry machine downstairs in the building basement, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, complementary amenities, towels, sheets..... Extra cleaning is also available for a fee. Our target clients are adults 30+, families and business travellers. We don't accept bachelor parties or anyone that might bother other neighbors. Check-in after 20.00 has an extra cost of 30 euros. For check-ins after 24.00 there is an extra cost of 50 euros.
