Nestled in the heart of Gap of Dunloe Glacial Valley, Beaufort, Killarney on the Ring of Kerry, spend some quiet time in our lovingly restored 1800s cottage. The accommodation comprises of one King bed downstairs, a mezzanine with 2 single beds and second mezzanine with one single bed, both accessed by ladder. Cottage is Off Grid, lights and fridge are solar powered,. Cooker, hot water, heating and shower are powered by gas.

My space is ideal for couples and the solo traveler alike. My Studio apartment is attached to my home (a traditional Irish farmhouse) . We are surrounded by the most spectacular mountains on 3 sides and to the front it opens up to the beautiful Derriana lake. When you look out the front window of my studio you will be greeted by the lake and see Waterville in the distance. I am situated about 20 minutes from the village of Waterville and about 20 minutes from the town of Cahersiveen.

The views from the cabin are breathtaking with Dunlough Castle in the near distance, the lake beside it and the wild Atlantic ocean stretching off to Beara Peninsula across the water. Photographs just don't capture the true majesty of the place.
