The house is located in untoucted nature next to a field on Brennistaðir farm, about 20 km from Egilsstaðir in the direction to Borgarfjörður eystri. The farm is sheep farm. We live about 400 m distance from Ásinn. Fully equipped kitchen, small sitting room, spacious bathroom (washing machine and dryer), 4 bedrooms. Good looking view, cairns, bird live, streams, family-friendly environment in peaceful nature.

The apartment is on fifth floor with a great view over Egilsstadir town and Lake Lagarfljot which supposedly hosts the infamous monster worm “Lagarfljotsormurinn". The apartment sleeps four in two bedrooms, the kitchen is open into the living room and well equipped. Self check in.

Beautiful, warm and cosy cottage for 2 people. It's located in the countryside 18 km from the town Egilsstaðir on road 931. It's on the south side of the lake on the way to Hallormsstaður the biggest forest in Iceland. The next grocery store is in Egilsstaðir. Good paved road, passable all the year. Quiet, peaceful and beautiful landscape, nice hiking trails down to the lake or up to the hills, good place to see the northern lights in wintertime.

Our home is old and quite small but very cozy. It is located by the seaside in our small village with a view over the fjord; the sea and the mountains. Please note our village is a bit out of the way of the Ring Road.
