Zařízený byt blízko centra města.

Byt je v přízemí domu. Skládá se z velkého pokoje - který je rozdělen pergolou na obývací a spací část, dále kuchyně a koupelny s WC. Ve spací části je veliké dvojlůžko a v obývací části jsou dvě rozkládací pohovky. Čistě povlečené spaní pro čtyři osoby ihned k dispozici. Kuchyň je vybavena běžnými spotřebiči - varná deska, konvice, lednice, trouba, dále nádobím a příbory. V koupelně je k dispozici pračka s příslušenstvím, ručníky a běžné hygienické potřeby. WIFI v celém bytě je samozřejmostí.

Maximale Belegung: 2 Erwachsene im Doppelbett, 1 Erwachsener im großen Einzelbett, 1 Kind unter 2 Jahren im Gitterbett. Die private Wohnung bildet das obere Geschoß eines Zweifamilienhauses in schöner Lage Nähe der Stadtgrenze von Linz. Kinder sind willkommen, die Unterkunft gilt jedoch laut Airbnb-Definition als nicht kindersicher (z.B. keine Fenstersicherung oder separate Thermostate).

My cozy apartment offers comfortable accommodation for up to 4 guests, just a pleasant 10-minute walk from the historic center of Český Krumlov. A big bonus is free parking right in front of the house, so you can enjoy your stay to the fullest without any worries. After a day of exploring the town, you can return to a relaxing space with a fully equipped kitchen. Reliable WiFi and a Smart TV are, of course, included. The bathroom comes with a shower, towels and complimentary toiletries.

The flat in the 2nd floor without elevator (42 m² with balcony) is located in central quiet and green. 5 minutes walk to the tram, which takes you to the center in 8 minutes. Free parking around the building. Microwave, tea, coffee and smoothie maker available. For babies (under 2 years) no bed and towel are provided! The apartment was completely refurbished in 2023. Unsere Unterkunft befindet sich mitten im Zentrum von Steyr nur ca. 2 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es mehrere Supermärkte und der Stadtkern mit der wunderschönen Altstadt ist nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Dort findet man mehrere tolle Restaurants, Cafés und Eisläden... Die Wohnung hat 2 getrennt begehbare Schlafzimmer und befindet sich im Dachgeschoß eines Mehrparteienhauses. Zusätzlich ist ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Pelletsofen vorhanden.

Perfekt gelegen ist unsere Wohnung für Durchreisende, Familien mit Kindern (gute Ausflugsziele), Radfahrer (Donauradweg) und Urlauber. Mit eigenem airbnb-Zugang zur Wohnung ist Privatsphäre gesichert. Ortstaxe vor Ort zu zahlen: €2,40/ Tag Erw. Kinder bis 15 Jahren frei. Es wurde viel Wert auf Kinderfreundlichkeit gelegt.
