350m from the beach, two renovated stylish houses sit in a village of tall trees, flowering plants and birdsong — close enough to hear the waves on a still night. Built in 1989 and recovering from the 1997 crisis, it still has a pioneering feel: lush, unhurried, and quietly off the beaten track. Four apartments share the beautiful pool and jacuzzi — intimate, not a condo. All fully equipped with modern kitchens. Three resident cats included. No reception, no guards, no gardeners — just us.

The house is conveniently located in the village of Koh Samed. 5 minute walk from Nadan pier, 10 minute walk to Saikaew beach. There are several small shops, restaurants and bars close by. The house also has a fully fitted kitchen and a washing machine to do your own laundry in. Smart TV with Netflix and Bluetooth speakers (sound bar) are in place for Your entertainment. The loft bedroom has one queen size bed. Two single size mattresses are added if booking is made for over 4 people.
