Little Fern House is a very well appointed tropical hideaway nestled in the untouched secret gem of Mudjimba Beach the heart of the Sunshine coast. Only 800 meters from the beautiful golden sands Mudjimba beach, an ideal escape for those wishing to relax in this oasis. Mudjimba village is an untouched hidden gem that has maintained a local laid-back beach vibe out of the hustle & bustle, but only 15 mins drive to Maroochydore, Coolum, Mooloolaba & Peregian & 30 mins to Noosa & Eumundi.

Our apartment is part of a small complex on the canal in the heart of Mooloolaba. It is on the Ground Floor with a magnificent north-facing canal outlook. This is enhanced by the canal being very wide at this point. It is located an easy walk from the main beach and all the cafes and restaurants that Mooloolaba is famous for. It is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of that strip to provide peace and quietness, but close enough for you to walk there should you want to.

This 1 bedroom apartment has everything you will need. Rest and relax around the pool and then walk to the Thai restaurant for dinner. Your location is only 5 minutes drive to shopping at the Sunshine Plaza and Maroochydore, Mooloolaba beaches are close by as well (5-7km). Buderim Waterfalls are a 10 minute walk and other attractions like Australia Zoo, Sea life Mooloolaba, Ginger Factory, TreeTop challenge -Big Pineapple are within a 30 minute drive.

The Space - has a living area ,dinning area, kitchen with gas cook top ( no oven) 120 L. fridge, kettle, toaster, iron, TV, DVD, CD . Please note- my place is not suitable for young children, we live on an acreage with no fence, we have big dam and wildlife.
