Cozy, energy efficient new construction for a better world. Located in the hip SE Hawthorne neighborhood on a quiet residential street and at the foot of Mt Tabor, this custom house provides a luxurious and convenient studio for relaxed stays and enjoyment of all that Portland has to offer. We designed this studio specifically for visitors who want the ease and security of a private entrance, the warmth (or coolness) of radiant-floor temperature control, and comfort. In 2025, we installed AC!

RoofTop FirePit, HotTub & Outdoor Theater

Our large (1,500sq ft) space (private access), has a bedroom, bathroom, living room w/ a fireplace, hot tub, full gym as well as a kitchenette w/ full sized fridge, keurig, microwave, air fryer, toaster oven, single burner, and laundry facility. Smart tvs, hammocks and a rooftop firepit are in the outdoor entertainment area. LGBT & BIPOC friendly. Gym, hot tub and laundry are shared with owners but guests have priority access. Close to Mt Hood Wilderness (45mins) & Downtown Portland (15mins).

Spacious SE Bungalow - WFH Bliss

All necessary services, from banks to massage therapists, are nearby. Only a mile from downtown, you can easily access the city via bike, walking, or frequent bus service. The interiors feature a sleek, soothing European design with high grade surfaces and finishes for your comfort and style.

The wet bar features a mini fridge, sink and Keurig Coffee maker. The bedroom has 1 queen sized bed with hotel luxury 1800 bedding sheets, a dresser, full length mirror and natural light window. Our house is centrally located with dozens of restaurants, bars and coffee shops just a short walk away!
