Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space at the end of a private laneway. Accessed by external steps, the house is split into two pods connected by an external deck. Lofty ceilings and timber walls create a warm bach-like interior with large ceiling fans in each room and a log burner fire. Glass sliders open out to dramatic views of the harbour and hills. Enjoy a drink or BBQ on the large deck or unwind with a hot outdoor bath. Just a 5-minute walk from the local supermarket and brew bar.

Spacious house with no stairs. Walk in showers and the second bathroom you can relax in the spa bath. Close to the Tannery for shopping, movies and eating out. Feel like a swim 10mins to Summer beach with restaurants in the area. Lyttelton 9 mins away with excellent seafood restaurant Fishermans Warf. City 10 mins away. Fast food and cafes Woolston shops, and Ferrymead walking distance with many restaurants, shops to pick from. There’s two walking reserves at each end of the street, with a park.

With less than a 5 minute drive or a 15 minute walk downhill you will have access to Sumner Beach and Village. Alternatively a short walk uphill to access mountain bike and walking tracks on the Port Hills.

A comfortable studio unit in a quiet beach hill suburb of Sumner. Guests appreciate the low price & as described by a recent guest “One of the best Airbnb we have stayed in, great little private place in a great part of Christchurch.” One off-road park is available. Great walks within 15 minutes, uphill to open farmland & downhill to Sumner beach, cafe's & restaurants. The studio is set in a quiet cul-de-sac with no road noise and with very quiet neighbours. It's a very restful setting.

Beach House - South Brighton 2 bedroom unit

This is part of my home across from the beach in South New Brighton. I am listing it for up to 60 nights per year to cover my rates and running costs. It is not suitable for children under 6. The unit has everything you should need for a short stay including the use of my laundry. I have kept my pricing low and simple. No cleaning fee and no charge for the second bedroom. I don't expect guests to clean, do laundry or put out rubbish ( but appreciate it if you do!) Max. stay 10 days.

Stay in a 1 bedroom cottage, overlooking the beautiful Cass Bay, 25 mins from Christchurch CBD and 5 minutes from Lyttelton village. The modern cottage has one bedroom, lounge/living area, and private deck. Cooking facilities include a BBQ on the deck, small bench-top oven, and microwave. The cottage has a fully functional kitchen, and a washer dryer to get all of your laundry sorted. The cottage has a double bedroom with a queen bed, a single bedroom and a comfortable pull out couch if there are more people staying. We would absolutely love to host you but please be aware this is not a hotel. It's primarily a place for family to stay when they come and visit so just treat it like your own home away from home ☺️
