This is a great getaway, centrally located between 3 cities...Wichita, Hutchinson, and Newton. We are only 15 minutes from each! This is a better experience than a hotel. It is private and you can connect with nature. Those who stay are welcome to throw a fishing line into our sandpits! PLEASE NOTE- This is a remote & awesome fishing cabin. Guests must bring towels, toiletries, and bedding! This is the only home on the 35 acre property, but we have family and friends that fish it occasionally.

Come experience our 1940s chicken house turned guesthouse! Includes Wi-Fi, kitchenette, smart TV, and super comfy bed. Even though the Chicken House is a tiny 300 sq ft, windows make it feel open and airy. A futon can accommodate one additional guest. Pack-n-play available upon request. Please note: the bed and ceiling above it are low to the ground. Persons with mobility issues might prefer another property. The location is in our backyard.

The unique, custom-built house was constructed in 1988 from a 45' grain bin by my father. The house has a large pond, perfect for sunset views. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Enjoy smores at the fire pit, and watching the sunset from the porch swing.
