Nestled at the end of a private road, it's a short walk to the Sandy River. The Cedar House is your year-round home base to all Mt Hood Activities. It's minutes to the Sandy Ridge Bike Trails and 20 miles to Timberline Lodge. Enjoy the wind in the trees, feel the sun on your face and explore the multitude of hiking opportunities, ending w/ an amazing soak!

Located near the end of a quiet dead end road in Welches, Oregon. Short path to Sandy River. Easy access to HWY 26 and only 15 minutes to Government Camp or Sandy Ridge mountain biking. Enjoy the relaxing surroundings while staying in a newly renovated cabin with all the comforts of home. 2 night min. stay seasonally/Fri/Sat but possibly accept a 1 night stay...just ask. Explore nearby nature trails minutes away, or reach popular ski resorts within a half-hour drive. Guests looking to relax can unwind in the hot tub or relax by the fireplace. The Bear's Den, studio with kitchen and pond/creek

Our wonderful guest house is a cozy studio with a queen bed, kitchen, sofa, and dining table in one large room. There is a bathroom with shower. This is a second floor apartment over the detached garage, we live in the main house next door. The property is very secluded well off the road with no other houses nearby and borders the National Forest. Enjoy the spring fed pond in the front yard, a hike along the Sandy river, or a 15 min drive to ski resorts.

The cabin is in a rural residential community and sits next to a 1/2 acre lot giving it an off-the-grid feel with all of the on-the-grid amenities.
