Our innkeeping-family has been welcoming guests to the the Blue Hill Peninsula of Maine since July 4, 1889. We are perfectly situated directly on the saltwater of the Reach and the freshwater of Walker Pond. The Oakland House has two private ocean beaches. In the distance, you can see the Pumpkin Island Lighthouse and even the Camden Hills! Our guests also have access to the Blue Dot and Yellow Dot trails that lead up to a phenomenal view of the waterfront from Lookout Rock.

This room is part of the Merrybell Motel, a classic roadside motel on Rt 1. There is one queen bed in the room which comfortably sleeps two people.
